Mainstream Partnership  was set up to address the low numbers of Black Asian and Chinese arts practitioners accessing and taking up opportunities offered by the mainstream arts and business support sectors. Over the years with Arts Council (East Midlands) funding, a programme of training activity has been delivered covering such topics as business planning, legal matters confidence building, fundraising and networking.

PROJECT OFFICER

Permanent Position 2 days per week, £18,000 p.a. pro rata

Mainstream Partnership Ltd (based in the Cultural Quarter Leicester) is a regional organization working with African/African Caribbean, Asian and Chinese arts cultural sector.

We require a self starter, highly motivated enthusiastic and competent Project Officer with first rate knowledge of region’s arts cultural sector, arts business development, excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with good computer literacy to be part of a small committed team.
