Carol is the Manager of Mainstream Partnership and also the director of Dare to Diva Productions. Her other roles include multi arts practitioner, musician, poet, writer, curator, director, producer, arts manager, visiting lecturer, reviewer and a freelance journalist. She has also had numerous TV and radio appearances and also published articles in magazines.
Other successful work includes; major international music recording and publishing contracts, documentary films, poetry with apples and snakes. Short listed nomination for the Tinniswood Award (radio play newcomer – Society of Authors/writers Guild), ‘Style Up’ Photographic exhibition, BBC Music Live Festivals 1999/2000 and Nubian Star Lounge – Emerging BME Performing Artists Showcases.

Rupi is a BA Honors graduate in Drama with English in Minor from Loughborough University. Her experiences include Sweet Charity (performed in the Little Theatre), Dream Catcher (performed in the Haymarket Theatre) and other roles as a costume designer and a performer in numerous local productions. Rupi has also performed in musical performances playing the sitar. She has also done a lot of voluntary work with local TV and radio stations like Sabras sound, and MATV as a presenter and broadcasting assistant. Rupi also works for the Peepul Centre as an Administrator and Drama workshop Facilitator. She has a passion for working in the arts sector and always aims to make a difference in individual lives through the different art forms available with in the industry. Art is a creative weapon used to make a positive impact in society, so use it instrumentally in what ever talent you attain.

Kirsty is a graduate in Drama and Theatre Arts from Birmingham University and has a PG Diploma in Community Arts Practice from De Montfort University.Kirsty has performed in live theatre at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Birmingham Fringe Festival. Kirsty works with diverse communities in Leicester as a freelance drama workshop leader and fundraiser. Experience includes directing performances in HMP Leicester and various grant applications most recently a proposal for EHRC funding for £262,800. Kirsty also works at the Peepul Centre assisting on organising the events programme. Previous experience includes Leicester Caribbean Carnival Ltd, Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation and Disabled Children’s Inclusion Service.

Kirsty also won the Whitbread Young Arts Achiever Award in 2004. Other artistic skills include Stage Combat and Jewellery Making.
